1 General Terms & Conditions

PlanetBet bonuses and promotions are exclusive perks for our members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions — failure to meet them will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited:

• Welcome Bonus: Get up to 150% bonus on your first deposit. A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required, and a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus must be met.
• Weekly Cashback: Every Monday, you receive a 10% cashback on your total losses from the previous week. Cashback is credited directly to your balance with no wagering requirement.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn 5% of their first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of BDT 2,000.
• Using bonuses across multiple accounts or for the purpose of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
• PlanetBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on PlanetBet are conducted with complete fairness and transparency. The following rules apply to gameplay:

• Each game has its own rules. Please read them before you start playing.
• If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, PlanetBet reserves the right to void that round and refund all bets placed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome will be determined based on the server logs.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, PlanetBet's RNG logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.
• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled — all bets are final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
• Registering with false information or using someone else's identity
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or any artificial means
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing other members or disrupting the platform environment
• Using stolen payment details or credit cards
